This website is operated by Narwain. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Narwain. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
Digital Products
All products sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased files.
Digital Downloads & File Storage
Customers are responsible for securely storing and backing up all downloaded files after purchase.
Narwain provides access to purchased digital products through download links; however, permanent or lifetime access to archived, inactive, or removed products is not guaranteed.
We strongly recommend downloading and safely storing all purchased files immediately after purchase.
License and Usage
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a cover grants the purchaser a non-transferable license to use the purchased artwork for personal and commercial purposes, including music releases, streaming platforms, social media, artist promotion, and related branding.
Every Narwain cover is sold to one owner only. Once purchased, the artwork will not be sold or licensed to another customer by Narwain.
Narwain may continue to display and use watermarked preview versions of sold artwork for portfolio, archive, promotional, and marketing purposes. The clean, non-watermarked artwork will not be publicly used, resold, or relicensed by Narwain after purchase.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original files
- Claim the artwork as your own creation
- Transfer or sublicense the license to another party
- Use the artwork in stock libraries, templates, NFTs, AI training datasets, or similar resale systems
Product Presentation
We strive to display all products as accurately as possible. However, actual appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments and associated providers.
Refund Policy
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not provided once access to the digital files has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including artwork, previews, text, branding, and design elements, remains the property of Narwain or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
The purchase of an artwork grants only the usage rights expressly described in these Terms and does not transfer authorship or intellectual property ownership unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
